Preparation of feasibility study for completion of the Hemus Motorway

Upon acceptance of the work of the tender evaluation committee appointed to conduct the open tender "Preparation of feasibility study for completion of the Hemus Motorway", a Decision № ОП-4-РШ-003 / 22.05.2013 has been adopted for ranking of the participants as follows:

First place: JV "Infra-Mist-DOPRAVOPROJECT JSC" with a price offer  -  422 000 BGN net of VAT;

Second place: JV "Hemus Project" with a price offer - 454 000 BGN net of VAT;

Third place: JV "TECOPY HEMUS-2013" with a price offer - 468 883 BGN net of VAT;

Forth place: JV "WYG-NET" with a price offer - 495 000 BGN net of VAT;

Fifth place: JV "Ecorys - Project" with a price offer - 566 000 BGN net of VAT;

Sixth place: JV "Strategy for Hemus" JV with a price offer - 679 000 BGN net of VAT;

Seventh place: JV "Egis Roads - Bulgaria" with a price offer - 698 000 BGN net of VAT;.

Eighth place: JV "Eurohighway "Hemus" with a price offer - 770 000 BGN net of VAT.

The participant ranked first JV "Infra-Mist-DOPRAVOPROJECT JSC" has been chosen as contractor for this tender.

On grounds of Art. 69, par. 1 from the Public Procurement Law, one participant - JV "Mosty" has been rejected due to non-compliance of their offer with the selection criteria.

In accordance with the terms under Art. 73, par. 3 from the Public Procurement Law, the decision together with the justification thereto have been sent to the tenderers.

The contract will be financed by Operational Programme on Transport 2007-2013.

The participant ranked in first place  - Union "Sweco - Burda" has been chosen as contractor for this tender.

On grounds of Art. 69, par. 1 from the Public Procurement Law, the participant "Geodata Engeneeing s.p.a." has been eliminated due to non-compliance of their offer with the selection criteria.

On grounds of Art. 70, par. 3 from the Public Procurement Law, the offers submitted by Union "SUDOP-IKP" and Union "Infra-Struma" have been eliminated.

In accordance with the terms under Art. 73, par. 3 from the Public Procurement Law, the decision together with the argumentation thereto have been sent to the participants in the tender.

The contract will be financed by Operational Programme on Transport 2007-2013.
